Architected a high-performance headless storefront with real-time NetSuite/SAP inventory across 3 warehouse locations.
The Challenge
A multi-location apparel brand needed real-time available-to-promise (ATP) inventory on PDPs and Cart, pulling from NetSuite and SAP. Traditional Shopify liquid themes couldn't support the real-time ERP data requirements.
The Solution
Built a custom Shopify Hydrogen (React + Remix) storefront deployed to Oxygen with edge rendering. Orchestrated data flow between Shopify Storefront API and ERP systems, with caching strategies to maintain 90+ Lighthouse scores despite heavy third-party API dependencies.

90+ Lighthouse scores maintained across all pages
Real-time ATP inventory displayed on PDP and Cart
Multi-location stock visibility across 3 warehouse locations
Custom order tracking portal pulling live ERP + 3PL data
